TECHNICAL TRAINING QUALITY CONTROL OF STAR ANISE OIL

Starting from July 2022, Tech-Vina Joint Stock Company officially business star anise oil. In order to ensure the stabilize quality of star anise oil and meet international standards, Tech-Vina has organized seri training for distillers and star anise oil local trader about quality control.

The quality of star anise oil is the most important factor in maintaining the Vietnamese star anise oil supply chain in the world market. It need to be controlled colour, scent, viscosity, density, and composition.

Continuing the series of training activities, on July 2, 2022, technical training on using measuring instruments and controlling the quality of star anise oil was organized by Tech-Vina Joint Stock Company for local trader from Cao Bang. Training takes place within 1 day, combining technical knowledge training and practice. At the end of the training session, Tech-Vina presented the Cao Bang local trader with density meters and another important equipment to help them control the quality of star anise oil during the collection process.
