Investing in Advanced CO2 Extraction Technology
To maximize the value of Vietnamese natural ingredients, Techvina has invested in a state-of-the-art Supercritical CO2 Extraction facility.
Unlike conventional extraction methods, Supercritical CO2 technology uses carbon dioxide under controlled pressure and temperature conditions to obtain highly concentrated extracts while preserving the natural characteristics of the raw material.
With a processing capacity of up to 5 tons of raw materials per day and an output of approximately 250 kg of extracts daily, the facility is designed to support both product innovation and commercial-scale production.
