This program is our strong commitment to continuously enhance productivity, optimize operations, and solidify our strategic position in our customers’ supply chains.

1. Structure and Operating Principles
In the context of the ever-evolving natural aroma production and supply industry, improvement isn’t limited to launching new products or developing advanced production technologies. At Techvina, we believe that improvement must occur in every department to boost labor productivity and eliminate waste. This allows us to offer products at competitive prices while ensuring outstanding quality and excellent customer service. Furthermore, this spirit of innovation contributes to building a safe working environment and the best welfare system for our employees.
Techvina’s improvement program applies to all 9 departments, with the Improvement Board led by the Director, Deputy Directors, and Heads of Departments, ensuring continuous leadership and support.
One of the program’s core principles is: “all ideas, big or small, whether implemented or not, are valued.” This encourages every employee to freely contribute initiatives, as each idea is a building block for Techvina’s collective development.
2. Encouraging Initial Results
Just a few months after its launch in December 2024, Techvina has already received 10 excellent improvement ideas from 4 out of 9 departments. Of these, 6 ideas have been successfully implemented and have demonstrated clear effectiveness, while the remaining 4 ideas are currently undergoing implementation and approval, promising positive changes in the near future.

Improvement ideas are rewarded based on their practical effectiveness upon application, specifically their financial impact and the number of departments within the company that benefit. To ensure quick and effective implementation, the proposing unit (author or team of authors) will coordinate closely with the receiving unit within 15 days from the date the Improvement Board approves the idea’s feasibility.
